What data, and why
- The contact form opens your own mail application. No data is recorded by this website. Messages received are kept in the seller’s mailbox.
- When you place an order, the data needed for the sale is processed: name, delivery and billing address, e-mail, order contents. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, which acts as controller for card data. The seller never has access to your card number.
How long
Order and invoicing data is kept for ten years, as required by French accounting rules. Correspondence is kept for three years after the last exchange.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to the address above.
